Our program maintains the high standards of an Approved Training Program of the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA). Our graduates meet all requirements to become Registered Somatic Movement Educators and Therapists.
LIFE Movement’s 500-hour combined training programs required to become a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist include

• SomaSoul: Somatic Therapy Foundations Training
• Somasoul: Somatic Therapy Clinical Training
• Shake Your Soul: The Yoga of Dance Levels 1 and 2

Upon completion of all trainings listed above, graduates may apply to ISMETA to become Registered Somatic Movement Therapists. Upon registration with ISMETA, graduates have 2 years to complete 150 practice hours with clients and students to maintain their registration.
