We offer a wide variety of classes, workshops and trainings in various formats. Our programs are held at Rhythms: A Center for the Movement Arts, the Kripalu Center and various other US and Canadian locations. • SomaSoul Trainings are offered in weekend and week-long formats and are held primarily at Rythms in Lenox, MA.
• Shake Your Soul Classes and Workshops are offered in weekend, week-long and intensive formats and are held primarily at Rythms in Lenox, MA.
• "On the Road" Workshops with Dan Leven and Emily Fox and held a various locations in the US and Canada.
• Kripalu Workshops are held at the Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA.
